1. Keangnam Landmark 72 – 346m
Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower is the tallest building in Hanoi, with a height of 336 meters and 72 floors. The building was constructed by the Keangnam Group of South Korea and was inaugurated in 2011. Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower is a complex that includes offices, hotels, shopping centers, and luxury apartments.

2. Lotte Center Hanoi – 272m
Lotte Center Hanoi is the second tallest building in Hanoi, with a height of 272 meters and 65 floors. The building was constructed by Lotte Group of South Korea and was inaugurated in 2015.
Inside Lotte Center Hanoi, there is the Lotte Mart supermarket occupying the entire basement B1. From the 1st to the 6th floor, there is a luxury shopping center. Above that are premium office spaces for rent, luxurious apartments, and a 5-star hotel.
On the rooftop of Lotte building, there is a bar and a Sky Walk observation deck, allowing you to have a panoramic view of Hanoi city.
3. TechnoPark Tower – 226m
TechnoPark Tower stands at a height of 226 meters with 45 floors. The building was constructed by Vinhomes and was inaugurated in 2022. TechnoPark Tower (Vinhomes Ocean Park, Gia Lam, Hanoi) is the world’s most advanced smart office tower developed by Vingroup, a pioneer in Vietnam.

4. Keangnam Landmark A&B – 212m
Also ranking 4th in the list of the tallest buildings in Hanoi, Keangnam is another prominent name. It is part of the Keangnam project along with Landmark 72, and both Towers A&B have a height of 212 meters and 48 floors.
These two towers comprise a residential area with 922 top-notch apartments equipped with amenities such as a fitness center, swimming pool, and a shopping area.
5. Discovery Complex A – 195m
Located on the Cau Giay – Western Gateway axis of Hanoi, Discovery Complex enjoys one of the most beautiful locations in the central area of Cau Giay District. Discovery Complex is directly connected to the first urban elevated railway line in Vietnam and is surrounded by many streets, green spaces, parks, lakes, and perfect technical infrastructure.

6. HPC Landmark 105 – 190m
The HPC Landmark 105 residential project is one of the most modern and luxurious projects in the Usilk City complex, located in Van Khe New Urban Area, Ha Dong, Hanoi. The predecessor of the project was CT2 105 Usilk City, developed by Song Da Thang Long Corporation. On October 14, 2015, the project was transferred to Hanoi-based HPC Investment Corporation, a subsidiary of HPC Investment Corporation.
With a scale of 50 floors and a height of 190 meters, the HPC Landmark Tower will be the tallest building in Ha Dong upon completion.
7. BID Residence Van Khe – 190m
BID Residence Van Khe is a luxury apartment project located in the Van Khe urban area, Ha Dong, Hanoi. The project is developed by BID Group Joint Stock Company, one of the leading real estate developers in Vietnam.
The project includes two residential towers with 33 and 50 floors, offering a total of 806 apartments ranging from 61.1m2 to 154.3m2. The apartments are designed with a modern and efficient use of space, maximizing natural light.

9. Landmark 51 – 180m Hanoi
Landmark 51 is strategically located in Ha Dong district, right at the intersection of To Hieu and Le Van Luong streets, connected to key roads leading to the city center, such as Van Phuc, Le Van Luong, and Nguyen Trai.
Built on a land area of 4,557.3 m2, Hanoi Landmark 51 has a construction area of 2,186.2 m2 and a total floor area of 103,104 m2. With 51 floors and 4 basement levels, the project has a height of about 180 meters.
One highlight of Hanoi Landmark 51 is the Sky bar and Babylon hanging garden designed at a height of 180 meters, offering a panoramic view of Hanoi. The project is expected to be completed in September 2017.
10. Hatay Millennium Tower A – 179m
Located at 4 Quang Trung, Ha Dong, Hanoi. Having 2 facades facing Quang Trung – Chu Van An, Hatay Millennium Tower is located next to the elevated railway line and is connected by bus. It serves as a connecting point between the southwestern provinces and the central area of Hanoi.
