Overview of office construction items
Category 1: Schematic design and cost
This category involves conducting site condition surveys, creating detailed plans, and proposing design solutions for the entire office renovation project. The Maison team will prepare a preliminary cost estimation and detailed quantities take-offs for the project. We will ensure that the design concept meets our client’s requirements and objectives.
Category 2: Complete the Fit-out construction process
This includes the demolition of unnecessary parts, construction work, and handling of fit - out processes such as walls, ceilings, and floors. Surface treatment tasks such as painting, plastering, and tiling are carried out to ensure structural stability and compliance with technical standards.
Category 3: Electromechanical system M&E
The installation includes lighting systems, water supply, drainage systems, communication systems, network cables, and other mechanical as well as electrical systems. Safety and performance checks are conducted to ensure continuous and stable operation of all systems.
Category 4: Air conditioning system HVAC
Maison team will install air conditioning systems and ventilation fans, including air conditioning units, cooling machines, air ducts, and ventilation systems. They will be ensured that the temperature and humidity are suitable for the working environment.
Category 5: Security System - Camera
The security system, including cameras, alarm system,... , will be installed carefully to ensure the office's safety and security, regulate entry and exit, and enable early detection of potential security threats.
Category 6: Interior furnishings
We provide and install cohesive design furniture which optimizes the space, and meets the functional needs of employees.
Category 7: Fire protection system
Your future office will be ensured to comply with fire safety standards and legal regulations, as the fire alarm, firefighting systems, and emergency exit devices will always be carefully installed by us. The safety of your life and property are our top priority!
