[HCMC] – Office leasing consultant

• Receive data provided by the Marketing department, proactively contact potential customers to advise on office rental solutions that suit the needs, finances, and desired location of customers.
• Conduct surveys and evaluate buildings and offices to provide the most detailed and accurate information to customers.
• Arrange and support customers to visit office locations for rent in buildings.
• Support customers in the process of negotiating rental prices, contract terms, and related legal procedures.

Search for customer information through many different channels to build a system of potential customers (enjoying high commission rates) including:

• Customers exploit themselves
• Introduce customers to the company
• Sell interior design and construction services

3. Manage real estate portfolio:

• Contact the building via phone number to get information about vacant offices including: rental price, area,… to serve the consulting process, customer care
• Update and manage the list of offices for rent, maintain relationships with investors and customers
